It’s been a rough month for me, physically and mentally. I have set myself a goal to get my new project done by February, but some days I just couldn’t bother working on it.
Nonetheless, I’m happy to say that the wait is over and I can finally invite all of you over to my new blog: Your Wellness Recipe.
Your Wellness Recipe
is a place that I created with Your Personal Wellness in mind.
Your Wellness Recipe explains how the feeling of wellness or well-being is multidimensional and no one dimension is more important than the other. It also acknowledges the fact that the ‘recipe’ for your personal wellness will differ from mine or that of your friend, because we are all so unique and our lifestyles should be tailored to suit our unique nature.
Finally, in Your Wellness Recipe I am going to provide you with tools and information on how to achieve your personal wellness. My job is merely to help you with ideas, it’s up to you to decide whether it is something that’s worth a try. But I encourage you to be open-minded and try before you judge.
What happens to Wellnessista?
That question bothered me for quite a while. Like I have said before, my initial plan was to go self-hosted for Wellnessista.blog. But it didn’t work out too well. Maybe, I wasn’t persistent enough or didn’t have a clue what I was doing (I think, it’s a bit of both), but I have met many problems on my way from losing all of my media content to having trouble with moving the .blog domain. That is why I decided to create a new, slightly different project instead and let Wellnessista be as it is now.
So, Wellnessista.blog is still going to be here; I am going to keep it as my personal blog about wellness and nutrition. So don’t give up on it completely. But please, pay a visit to my new page.
