Turns out the third and final workout I have planned for the weekend wasn’t meant to be. No point to go into details, or I’ll start complaining, which I am not supposed to do. So far, today I haven’t complained nor judged even once. That’s a good thing! Let’s hope it will last longer than just one day 🙂

The Sunday workout that I wasn’t able to do yesterday I successfully moved to this morning. 15 minutes of sweat, 3.5 rounds including breaks to drink some water without stopping time and I was done and happy. I could have done a bit more but was too lazy to stop the time for water trips.

AMRAP 15 minutes WO:

  1. Chair Step Ups – 10 reps each leg.
  2. Tricep Dips – 10 reps.
  3. Reverse crunch – 15 reps.
  4. Sumo Squat + Kick to the side – 10 reps (no platform).
  5. Hip to the Floor from Plank position – 15 reps each side.
  6. Side Plank Crunch – 10 reps each side.

Well, this is it, but not for me though – evening yoga and meditation session is on next 🙂 It is never too late to turn a boring day at home into a good workout, as long as it’s not bedtime yet! 😉
