Since I am still researching topics on power of mind and brain power and how to boost it, I stumbled across this blog post. I’ve seen a similar one before on another blog, read it through and found it interesting. Now, seeing it again, I wanted to share it with everyone who occasionally reads my blog.
These 8 exercises offered by Dorothy Brandt, an American writer, are no easy task, but I think for once in our lives it may be beneficial to do something like that, just to try something new and see how far you can go. But it may be very useful to practice these exercises on a regular basis. Just like meditation, they will show you the true you and the true power of your mind.
