It’s been a while since I worked out following Jillian’s videos, but they always were good workouts. The only reason I can’t stick to them is because I always need variation, I can’t follow the same routine for a long period of time. But I still consider her one of those great online instructors, and I know many people who tried her videos and found them great. If you haven’t checked them yet and looking for some good workout routines, search her on YouTube. The sweat and heavy breathing are guaranteed!

But, if you want to achieve the best results with any workout plan you’re on, you have to clean up your diet and eat good healthy food. This is the part that most people struggle with –  it is so hard to start anew when you don’t know what to cook and even what to look for. There are loads of clean eating blogs out there on the internet, but the fact that you have to sit and search is repelling. So here I give you a link to Jillian Michaels 30 days meal plan which is easy to follow, you have all the recipes enclosed with Vegan options as well.

When you get used to eating cleaner food and cooking it yourself, you learn to tell healthy recipes from not-so-healthy and it’s not that hard anymore to find and try something new. The beginning always is the hardest part. So try this plan and see how it goes. Good luck! 😉
